Shipping & Returns & Warranty

After proper registration and approval, we are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state.  We do ship internationally (please check our rates.) All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout. We ship via ground, 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available.)

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

We build most of our lights to order so if your order is big, there may be a delay in our normal 1 week turn around time--but we will let you know when your order is placed if that is the case.   If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order.

 

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Money Orders and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and PayPal.  All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.

For Municipalities we will accept Purchase Orders but please call us to place that order--you may leave the items in your cart and we can most likely pull them up when you call.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

All online orders must be prepaid.    There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We build our lights for "normal military use."  Phantom offers a 1 Year Limited Liability Warranty free from defects in materials or manufacturing. Upon inspection of your return, Phantom may repair or replace your light at our option.  Our lights are subject to our Triple Inspection process before they head out the door.  These lights are not basic...they have multiple functions...so allow us to trouble shoot your concern before sending your light back.  More often than not if your light is "misbehaving" it is due to one or more bad batteries--seriously, a battery change resolves the issue 98% of the time.

Speaking of batteries, Phantom Products will not be held liable for any damage that results from battery leakage or explosion  but the battery manufacturers may be so if you have an issue you may contact them for assistance.   Here is an example from one of them: http://www.energizer.com/about-batteries/no-leaks-guarantee.

If you have a concern with our products, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us form.   Once you contact us, if we decide we need to get your light back in house, we will send you an RMA which you should place inside the return box and sent back to:

Your items must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no signs of damage or abuse. You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Monetary refunds and/or product exchange will only be granted on items purchased directly from Phantom Products, Inc.   After we receive your item, please allow 10 - 14 business days for processing and issuance of credit. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs of there was an error on our part. If you used a promotional code to pay for any part of any item you are returning, you will receive a credit refund for only the amount charged to your card.   If we deem the item unfit to sell to another customer as new, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
